Blog Make-Under and More

Every third year character animator at CalArts has to take a Portfolio Prep class.

And we talked about blogs last week. So I've been making changes and updating my blog.

I wanted to simplify it so it doesn't look too flowery like before :P

I've included a resume tab as well. Check it out!

I've also recently created a Pinterest to store and share files.

Since I'm always collecting images for reference and inspiration, I thought it would be nice to share it with other people and see everyone else's.

Click here to check it out!

Last week, we played Journey in class during CG Film Workshop.

So I had to do fan art... couldn't help it.

Dead Spongebob

We're on our second week of school at CalArts and I have things to post!

I am posting my assignment for Andy Suriano's character design class: dead Spongebobs.

death by homeless sea urchins

death by pineapple in eye

death by jellyfish

death by fishing net

death by coral reef

Sax

Just wanted to share an animation that I found recently on Vimeo.

The animation is so fun and beautiful.

I didn't even know that it was a student film because the animation is so good!

Enjoy!

Catwoman Doodle

The Dark Knight Rises was awesome :)

For Joe

I painted a little watercolor piece for my boyfriend's older brother, Joe.

He is amazing and one of the most genuine people that I've ever met.

And he'll do anything for his loved ones.

I feel like I can never thank him enough, so my boyfriend and Kari suggested that I paint him something.

Hope he likes it!

Thank you 6 Point Harness

I just finished my internship at 6 Point Harness last week.

And it was an awesome experience!

I learned so much during my time there.

Thanks for the opportunity 6 Point Harness!
